The two artists explore the mysteries behind everyday activities. The cosmic connections of ancient rituals can permeate even a simple garden watering, reconnecting us with Mother Nature. The chirping of crickets, the tangled garden hose, the dripping watermelon juice – all these are fundamental elements of summertime existence. The artists evoke this infinitely carefree, idyllic atmosphere through the tools of painting and sculpture. The sweet taste of fruits and the scent of a bouquet of flowers can momentarily make us forget the overwhelming opacity of our world, offering a temporary release into the pure joy of existence. The festive atmosphere of the exhibition encourages the reliving of these moments.
